You will be guided by certified Forest Therapy Guide, Monica Sander Burns, who is a Whistler local and has guided hundreds of participants in the art of Forest Bathing.
This tour is suitable for all fitness levels, and can accommodate mobility issues.
Children over 8 years old are welcome to attend.
Tours will proceed snow, rain or shine but may be cancelled in unsafe weather.
