Forest Therapy in the Sea-to-Sky

From glistening seas, to radiant mountain peaks and mystical forests in between

The Sea-to-Sky corridor, encompassing Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and beyond, is an area of staggering natural beauty. This area is the intersection of vibrant coastal and river systems, temperate rainforests and awe-inspiring alpine peaks. The vibrancy, dynamism, and beauty of this landscape makes it a natural fit for Forest Therapy experiences.

We offer Forest Therapy Sessions at various locations throughout the Sea-to-Sky, selected for their suitability to a particular session or our guest's needs/preferences.

We are privileged to be able to offer Forest Therapy sessions as guests on the unceded territory of the Squamish Nation and  Líl̓wat  Nation, and acknowledge their ongoing stewardship of this special and unique place that we call home.

Learn More About the Squamish and Líl̓wat First Nations.

Many of our sessions take place in Whistler, a site of spiritual and cultural importance to the Squamish and  Líl̓wat First Nations.
