About Society of Trees

Our Vision

Society of Trees is a grassroots organization contributing to ecosystem repair through empowering experiences that nurture our sense of connection to the world.

We believe that the sense of belonging that can be found in connection with Nature is everybody’s birth right. We are therefore committed to providing inclusive, accessible, and safe nature experiences.

Our intention is that each experience restores you to balance, so that you are better resourced to bring your own magic to the world.  It is our hope that the insights and calm of each experience will permeate your daily existence and infuse your life with a little more beauty.

Our Approach

We believe that how we do business is just as important as what we do for business.

We are committed to regenerative business practices inspired by systems of mutual support and benefit that are observed in nature. You can read more on our Values Statement here.

Our Guides

Our guides are certified by the Global Institute of Forest Therapy (GIFT).

They are trained in Wilderness First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
