Monica Sander Burns

Monica Sander Burns is a founding partner of Society of Trees. She is our preeminent expert in Nature Immersion and lead designer of our Nature Immersion experiences. 


Monica is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and avid naturalist, who has guest lectured on nature immersion at universities including the University of British Columbia. 


Monica has extensive experience working for federal government agencies, where she designed and delivered data driven human resource monitoring and intervention programs to map and enhance organizational performance. 


Monica's tertiary qualifications include a degree in International Studies and post-graduate qualifications in Management and Data-Analytics. 

Jordan Klein

Jordan Klein is a founding partner of Society of Trees and is the lead designer of our corporate training programs. 


Jordan has degrees in both Psychology and Commerce and post-graduate qualifications in Management. He has extensive experience in organizational management and in delivering education and training programs to businesses and organizations of all sizes across a diverse range of industry sectors. 


Jordan has worked as a research & development and commercialization advisor for the Australian Federal Government providing advice to the Minister for Industry, Innovation & Science. He also has experience providing training and advice for some of the largest international consulting firms including Deloitte, PwC, E&Y and KPMG.
