Our 3 hr Nature Immersion session is designed to provide a restorative, enlightening and calming experience that also increases participants understanding, knowledge and connection with each other.
Our Nature Immersion sessions weave together two key components:
1) Invitations: participants break off from the group and are given light-touch, sensory-oriented prompts/activities that focus attention on various aspects of the natural world and encourage mindful interaction with nature.
2) Debrief Forums: after each invitation participants reconvene as a group and are given the opportunity to share their experience of the invitation, or simply listen to the experiences of others.
The session is both a wellbeing/performance enhancing experience and a great team building experience, as it allows for participants to have private time to relax and reflect, while also facilitating opportunities to share and connect with others.

Location: Natural Space in close proximity to organization location.

The 3 hr Nature Immersion session is a valuable, standalone service, however the experience is greatly enhanced when delivered in conjunction with one of our Corporate Training Programs.
